Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases of digital products (ebooks, templates, courses and bundles) from Soloforge, the provider named in the imprint.

2. Products and prices

Each product page describes the contents, format and price. Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. The final price for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Order and payment

You order through the checkout on this website. Payments are processed by Stripe. Before paying you confirm that you agree to these terms and that you ask for immediate access to the digital content. The contract is concluded when your payment is complete; you then receive your downloads and a receipt by email.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After payment you receive a download link or access. Courses that are still in production cannot be bought until they open.

5. Licence

You may use the products for yourself and in your own business, including editing the templates for your own documents. You may not resell, share or publish the files or substantial parts of them.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content it can end early, as explained in the cancellation policy.

7. No professional advice

The products give general, practical information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not promise any specific business result or income.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

9. Final provisions

If one clause is invalid, the rest of these terms remain valid.
