Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision with a clear statement (for example by email) using the contact details in the imprint. Sending your statement before the period ends is enough.

Early end of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once we have started delivering it (for example when the download becomes available), provided that you expressly agreed at checkout that delivery starts before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
