Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit getsoloforge.pages.dev. In short: we do not use tracking cookies, we do not sell data, and we only store your email address if you sign up yourself.
Who is responsible
The provider named in the imprint.
Visiting the website
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data (such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to our hosting provider so the page can be delivered. This data is used only to run and secure the website.
Settings stored in your browser
We store your choices for sound, reduced motion and light or dark theme in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers them. This data never leaves your device and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. No cookies are set for this.
Fonts and resources
Fonts and all other files are served from our own website. The only exception is the checkout page: there your browser loads Stripe's checkout script from Stripe, so the secure payment form can open on this website.
Email sign-up
If you join a waitlist or sign up for updates, we use your email address only to send you what you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
The sign-up forms are not connected to an email service yet, so no email addresses are currently stored.
Buying a product
Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) in a secure checkout form on this website. Stripe receives the payment details you enter and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver your downloads, send your receipt and keep the records the law requires. The provider shares with us the information needed to deliver your order and issue an invoice.
Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Analytics
We do not use analytics or tracking at the moment. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us using the details in the imprint.
